Update Information for May 12, 2012 (V 2.28)

The ECD Global Alliance logo as found on the menu bar was updated,

The Rare Disease Day logo was removed on the menu bar.  It will be added again next year as we begin to once again recognize Rare Disease Day on the last day of February.

Chat summaries were added to the “Chat Room” page.

The Case Locations as found on the “Patient-to-Patient” and “ECD Global Alliance” pages, was updated.

New entries were made to the “Abstracts of Published Papers” as listed under the “Technical Papers” selection for recently published papers. The additions are as follows:

1. An article published in Prog Urol.  The article is entitled, “Erdheim-Chester disease: Report of a case and literature review” and includes an abstract.
2. An article published in J Neurol Surg A Cent Eur Neurosurg .  The article is entitled, “Erdheim-chester disease-a rare differential diagnosis of eosinophilic granuloma: a case report ” and is without an abstract.
3. An article published in QJM.  The article is entitled, “Progressive dysphagia caused by Erdheim-Chester disease” and is without an abstract.
