News for Feb. 20, 2009 (V 1.1.9)

Additional ECD US knowledgeable doctors practicing in Massachusetts and Minnesota, were added to the ‘Physicians’ page.

An additional paper entitled, “Cardiac Erdheim-Chester”, published in 2009 was added to the ‘Published Papers’ page.

Changed the listing on the News/Updates Page to show that the Issues listed are Newsletters.

Added in a reference to a Facebook group called ‘Erdheim Chester Disease Alliance’ that one of our members has recently created.

An additional link was added to the ‘Resources | Links’ selection for the National Health Council’s publication, “How to Bring Out the Best in Your Health Care Team.”  This publication provides 8 easy ways to help get the best care from your health care providers.

Additional chat room summaries have been added reporting on discussions held in those chats that have occurred since the last update.  (See Chat Room selection on the main menu.)

An update was made to the ‘ECD Global Alliance’ page to show that the group has grown to represent 39 different cases of ECD from around the world.
